Daniel Hutchinson is a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, and holds a Masters in Fine Arts from NSCAD University. His work is part of public and private collections and has been presented nationally and internationally. He has exhibited at the Sydney College of Art in Australia, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, the Khyber ICA and the Eyelevel Gallery in Halifax, and at the opening of the PUSH Gallery in Montreal. Hutchison recently received the Honorable Mention in the Contemporary Visual Art category of the 2009 Halifax Mayor’s Award .
He is also a finalist in the2009 RBC Canadian Painting Competition held at the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art on October 7, 2009. Zero Dimensions is proudly presented at the PUSH Gallery from October 15 to November 15, 2009.
